These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7000btd platform, accessible via https://7000btd.com and any associated mobile browser interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms govern the entire relationship between 7000btd and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.

7000btd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, communication, or representation made by 7000btd (including promotional materials, emails, or support chat conversations), these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific written exception has been signed by an authorised representative of 7000btd.

1.1 Definitions

Each natural person may hold only one (1) account on the Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled "No Wagering", all bonuses credited to a 7000btd account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

7000btd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Coordinating wagers with other players (matched betting or arbitrage strategies) to exploit bonus terms.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions intended for specific player segments (e.g., first-time depositors).

7.1 Suspension by 7000btd

7000btd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The account is suspected to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against a deposit made to the account.
• The account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• The player has been self-excluded and attempts to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. 7000btd will endeavour to complete all internal investigations within 30 days of initiating a suspension. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 7000btd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• All active wagering requirements associated with bonus balances must be either completed or forfeited. Players may choose to forfeit any active bonus balance rather than complete wagering requirements before closing.
• Any pending withdrawal requests must be settled or cancelled prior to closure.
• The player's identity must be verified if KYC has not previously been completed, to facilitate the return of any remaining real-money balance.

Once all conditions are satisfied, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method within 5–10 business days of the closure request being approved.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 7000btd will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the equivalent in account currency, applied until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account. Players who reactivate a dormant account will not have any previously applied dormancy fees refunded.
